Modular maintenance and spare-parts platform

The brief

Yunex Traffic is a global industrial technology leader, and its maintenance, spare-parts and timesheet processes were spread across teams that had grown up in isolation. The same work was being tracked in different ways in different places, which made it hard to see the whole picture or roll capability out consistently.

Our approach

We designed the platform to be composable from the start, with capabilities customised by region and department so individual teams can work to their own requirements.

What we built

A modular bespoke platform covering maintenance workflows, spare-parts inventory and timesheet tracking, with role-based access modelled on how industrial field work actually happens not on an idealised org chart.

The outcome

The modular architecture lets Yunex activate capabilities market-by-market, inventory and work-order flows are unified across previously siloed teams, and access control is tailored to the realities of field work.
