- How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
- We respond to every enquiry personally, usually within one working day. There is no call centre and no sales funnel you will be talking to the people who would actually do the work.
- What should I include in my first message?
- Just enough for us to understand the problem: what you are trying to build or fix, roughly what success looks like, and any timeline or budget constraints. If you would rather answer a few structured questions, our project planner walks you through it.
- Do you work with clients outside the UK?
- Yes. We are based in the UK and work with clients across the UK and internationally. Most collaboration happens remotely, with calls scheduled around your timezone.
- Will you sign an NDA before we share details?
- Of course. If your project is sensitive, we are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything confidential. Just mention it in your first message.
