The brief

Buzz Bingo is the UK's largest bingo operator, serving hundreds of thousands of players and thousands of internal staff. A central part of the engagement was integrating their club page management system with the front end, giving players a seamless experience across the estate of clubs.

Our approach

Rather than a single big bang build, this has been a long term partnership. We worked and developed a family of platforms — Club page management, a Help hub, customer management forms, the corporate site and campaign microsites replacing pieces in a deliberate order so the business kept running throughout. This all sits under and is managed via a single bespoke content management system.

What we built

A cohesive family of platforms, built bespoke from the ground up, designed so the separate products share patterns and infrastructure rather than each reinventing the wheel. The unified help hub in particular gave internal teams a single, reliable place to work from instead also reducing the customer service contact time.

The outcome

We created a coherent set of platforms, cut internal ticket handling time materially through the unified help hub, and sustained ongoing releases with minimal notable production incidents.
