Ordering calculators for the UK's largest independent corrugated manufacturer

The brief

Board24 is the UK's largest independent manufacturer of corrugated board and cases, operating across three regional plants. Buyers needed to spec and price orders that depend on technical detail, sheet board and case sizes but the old site left too much of that work to phone calls and back-and-forth.

Our approach

We focused on turning technical complexity into a self serve tool. Bespoke calculators let buyers configure sheetboard and case size orders directly, which both helps the customer and qualifies the enquiry before it reaches the sales team.

What we built

A multi site portal on PHP and WordPress with the calculators at its core, plus a flexible content layer spanning all three regional plants, unified where it helps, but without flattening each plant's local identity.

The outcome

Calculators that convert technical specs into qualified enquiries, unified content across three plants that keeps local character, and an editorial workflow the in-house marketing team can steward long-term.
